Above is all the properties that have sold in Wynfield and Wynfield Forest in Huntersville, NC from 1/1/09 - 9/2/09. The average cost per sqft in the community is $100/sqft. Wynfield is an established community and was built in the 90's. The community has a center main road and cul-de-sacs on each side of the road to the homes in a very appealing fashion. For buyers who are looking for a larger yard, established trees, and great curb appeal Wynfield is a popular choice. Many of the Wynfield homes are in the revitalization period to compete with new construction homes from the past decade that have nice features such as granite countertops, stainless appliances, tile back splash, updated fixtures, etc, But I always let clients know that you can change your homes interior look but you can't change the location, neighborhood feel, and lot size. New construction is nice for a time but over time all homes become outdated.
