Crescent's last golf course community on Lake Norman, outside Charlotte, N.C., has a lot going for it. At the top of the list are the beauty of Lake Norman itself and the touches of another famous Norman — PGA star Greg Norman.

Extra large homesites in this majestic suburban setting average nearly one full acre. Homesites are found along 18 miles of shoreline, ensuring that nearly every homesite is on the water or has a water view.

Home prices range from the $400s to $3 million. Homesites start in the $100s and range from the $200s to the $800s for waterfront homesites. Homebuyers may select a homesite and a Featured Builder or choose from the selection of homes already under construction or completed. There really isn't much waterfront lots left.

More than two-thirds of the holes play directly along or over the water on this beautiful, varied course, which presents challenges to golfers of all skill levels. After your round, you can retreat to the Tavern-on-the-Square, just a short walk from the golf course. Here, you can relax with friends and family over a meal as the sun sets at the end of another day on Lake Norman.                                 RACQUET CLUB The Point’s Racquet Club, situated in the Family Activity Village, offers facilities and services sure to please tennis enthusiasts of all ages. This is a family place, where children can splash in one of three pools, while adults can relax on the sun deck. The Point’s professional catering staff is here to help and will assist you in creating the perfect special event. At The Point, family-oriented activities and services are a central part of our community. A full-time Activities Director plans and supervises year-round children’s activities, including movie festivals in the Village Theater, a Kids’ Club and more. For young children, there’s the colorful Kids’ Corner, where children ages three through six can play while their parents work out or play tennis. And, for older kids, there’s the Teen Center, which offers air hockey, arcade games and a fun place to hang out with friends.
