Charlotte, NC vs. Mooresville, NC Market Trend Report

Charlotte Real Estate - Trulia

The Point - Golf community on Lake Norman - Real Estate

Crescent's last golf course community on Lake Norman, outside Charlotte, N.C., has a lot going for it. At the top of the list are the beauty of Lake Norman itself and the touches of another famous Norman — PGA star Greg Norman.

Extra large homesites in this majestic suburban setting average nearly one full acre. Homesites are found along 18 miles of shoreline, ensuring that nearly every homesite is on the water or has a water view.

Home prices range from the $400s to $3 million. Homesites start in the $100s and range from the $200s to the $800s for waterfront homesites. Homebuyers may select a homesite and a Featured Builder or choose from the selection of homes already under construction or completed. There really isn't much waterfront lots left.

Life on the water

Whether you love the water or just enjoy taking in the scenic backdrop it provides, you'll find it's an essential part of life at The Point.

The Point has been designed to capture the ambience and architecture of the quaint waterside town of Nantucket.
