After living along both the east and west coast, we have finally found the place we call home.  The Charlotte vicinity has been an attractive area for us, since we enjoy many family activities, such as the great outdoors, easy lake living, Carowinds amusement park, as well as the variety of food and arts, and of course sports, in uptown.  I started my real estate career in Idaho in 2001, and relocated to the great Charlotte area in 2003. After researching area Real Estate firms I joined Keller Williams Realty in Cornelius in the Lake Norman area.  Keller Williams reputation is highly regarded as honesty, integrity and service are part of there core values.   Hello my name is Rick Sarver. Im originally from a small town in Idaho just north of Boise, Id. We moved to Charlotte in 1999 to attend ministry school at Morning Star School of Ministy with the full intention of moving after 2 years. After the first year of living in Charlotte we decided that this really was a great place to live, The weather is mild all year long; We are close to the mountains , the beach and a couple great Lakes called Lake Wylie and Lake Norman. The cost of living is very moderate and so are taxes. We also  found that Charlotte is the Largest city beteen Atlanta and DC. Ive always seen Charlotte as a land of opportunity as well. About 5 years ago we moved to the Huntersville area. We have owned and operated 3 very successful coffee houses and have met alot of great people through this business. I guess you would call me a people person. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I love Real Estate because its about helping people find their dream home.
