BIRKDALE
 The Arnold Palmer designed Birkdale golf course, is a public facility with a "private club" atmosphere. Located on 200 acres of rolling terrain, carved between tall pines and natural streams, Birkdale is a challenging 7,013 yard, par 72 course made up of Bermuda fairways and Crenshaw bent grass greens offering a true test of golf skills.
Birkdale has received a good deal of acclaim, being voted one of the top five public golf courses in North Carolina. When it opened in 1997 it was voted The Best New Golf Course in North Carolina and was named Charlotte's Best Public Course in 1998. Four sets of tees allows golfers of all abilities to enjoy the layout at Birkdale. The course features a number of elevation changes, which are appealing to the eye and add to the challenge. Well placed water hazards require players to use every shot in their bag.

HIGHLAND CREEK
 This 18-hole Championship course, designed by Clifton, Ezell, and Clifton, has been rated both the best and the toughest public golf course in the Charlotte area. Designed with extra care to preserve the natural beauty of the area, Highland Creek Golf Club winds through towering trees and meandering creeks. Highland Creek Golf Club offers the perfect golf setting.
The course stretches to over 7,000 yards from the back tees and features Bent grass greens, Bermuda fairways, four sets of tees, 72 bunkers, five lakes, and water features on 13 holes. THE DEVIDE
 Opened in 1995, The Divide Golf Club features a traditional designed 18-hole golf course by John Casell, II. Spacious Bermuda fairways and large undulating bent grass greens offer golfers of any skill level a challenge that will keep them coming back. TRADITION
This scenic golf course was cut out of dense hardwoods and is located on the beautiful, rolling terrain of North Mecklenburg County . Strategic shot-making is the key to scoring at The Tradition, with its winding, tree-lined fairways.
The Tradition Golf Club opened for play in 1996. John Cassell, II has orchestrated a masterpiece of understated elegance with The Tradition. WATERFORD
 This spectacular course was designed by three-time U.S. Open Champion, Hale Irwin. Nestled within an intimate canvas of the Catawba River and towering hardwoods, Waterford Golf Club is an escape to nature that you and your guests will cherish.
Just 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte, Waterford Golf Club is a tranquil journey molded by Mother Nature. The course, reaching 6,940 yards from the back tee, is set amongst dense hardwoods and rolling terrain. With water coming into play on 16 of 18 holes, Waterford is a true shot-maker's course. SKYBROOK
 Skybrook Golf Club is considered one of Charlotte's best golf courses. This John LaFoy Championship course opened for play in the summer of 2000. Beckoning you with beautiful rolling fairways and incredibly scenic views, this spectacular golf course winds through the Skybrook neighborhood. From the Championship tees the course covers over 7,000 yards of remarkably mountain like terrain. The par 72 course offers six sets of tees to complement the skill level of each golfer. Dramatic elevation changes and generous landing areas provide a friendly yet challenging game.

CHARLOTTE GOLF LINKS
 Experience the challenge and charm of Scottish links-style golf. The Charlotte Golf Links is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Doak in 1993. The routing takes each golfer over subtle rolling piedmont as you bypass ponds, streams and heathery rough.
With three sets of tees and a par of 71, there is a comfortable distance for all skill levels. The facility offers The Squires Grill, banquet room and fully stocked pro shop with PGA instruction available. The clubhouse is bordered by the eighteenth green for exciting views as you enjoy a lunch from The Squires Grill. The driving range is lit throughout the season and includes a chipping and putting green.
Voted Charlotte's Number One Public Course, the Charlotte Golf Links continues to set the standard for public play in the Queen City. Take a walk back in time and experience golf as it was meant to be played.
